- Go to /wp-admin
- Enter username and password
- Click Pages
- Click a page to edit
Alternatively, go to the page from the front end then click the Pencil icon in the top right corner.
Editing or Adding Events
Events are stored in the “Events” section. Not all fields are used when entering in event information.
To add a new event, we recommend cloning an existing event then changing the details. To clone:
- Click Events
- Hover over an event to clone
- Click Clone
- Edit the newly cloned page with your new event details
Firms are submitted by users through the submit firm details page. These are entered in the “Firms” section in the sidebar in draft mode. These are then reviewed by admins and then published if all information is correct. To publish a firm so their information will appear on the site:
- Click Firms
- Click a Firm to review
- Click View Firm to preview the content
- Click Publish
Allied members are submitted by users through the submit allied member details page. Viewing and publishing allied members is similar to “Firms” — see instructions above. Instead of clicking Firms in the sidebar, click “Allied Members.”
We recommend to clone an existing video then changing the video details to the new video. To begin the process, click Videos in the sidebar.
Embedding Gravity Forms to Content
Copy and paste the short code below to embed a form to your pages. Embedded forms may include registration forms on Event pages.

Change * to the form id. The form ID can be found by on the Forms page in the column ID.
