Karen is the first woman of color to lead the 125+ year-old St. Louis Chapter of AIA. She began serving in this capacity in late 2022. Karen is the founder of a successful coaching, consulting and HR firm, and has over 20 years of leadership experience in operations, nonprofits, and pharmaceuticals.
Karen is known for her innovative approach to growing organizations, developing leaders, and advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. She will be speaking about “Advancing DEI: From Cultural Competence to Cultural Humility.”
