AIA Member Meeting JEDI + EO Committee

Join us for our monthly AIA meeting where we will have the honor of hearing from renowned speaker Karen Taylor-Liggins, MA, LLM, SPHR.

Karen is the first woman of color to lead the 125+ year-old St. Louis Chapter of AIA. She began serving in this capacity in late 2022. Karen is the founder of a successful coaching, consulting and HR firm, and has over 20 years of leadership experience in operations, nonprofits, and pharmaceuticals.

Karen is known for her innovative approach to growing organizations, developing leaders, and advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. She will be speaking about “Advancing DEI: From Cultural Competence to Cultural Humility.”

We are thrilled to have Karen share her knowledge and expertise with us. This is sure to be an impactful and enlightening discussion.
