Join EPYAF for an exclusive tour of the Downtown Las Vegas Civic Center construction site on Thursday, October 24, from 3:30 to 5:00 PM. Explore this ambitious project featuring mixed-use office towers, an innovative outdoor plaza, and performance spaces designed to celebrate the Mojave Desert environment. Get an insider’s look at the future heart of downtown Las Vegas, designed by LGA, BNIM, and OJB.
This transformative project aims to consolidate City of Las Vegas employees into a central campus, fostering collaboration and efficiency. You’ll see how the design integrates public and private spaces, including an art gallery, meeting rooms, and a versatile outdoor area capable of hosting up to 2,500 people for community events.
To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort during our exciting tour, we kindly request the following: While we have a limited supply of personal protective equipment (PPE) available, we strongly encourage attendees to bring their own hard hats, safety vests, and protective glasses. If you have extra PPE to share, please consider bringing it along to help fellow participants. All participants must wear closed-toe shoes for the duration of the tour.
By coming prepared, we can maximize the number of attendees and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone. We look forward to seeing you there!
