The Government Affairs Committee advocates for policies and legislation that support the architecture industry, monitors and analyzes local and state government actions and their impact on architecture, and provides education and resources on government affairs related to architecture.
Goals:
- Advocate for policies and legislation that support the architecture industry
- Establish and maintain relationships with policymakers to help elevate the profession
- Monitor and analyze local and state government actions and their impact on architecture
- Mobilize members to participate in advocacy activities for policies related to the profession
